I was just in the Elgin store and received fantastic service from a member of staff called Karen. She went above and beyond to look through the back for an Xmas pudding I was needing that had arrived on their delivery. The service in this store is excellent. Thankyou again Karen for helping me.
Even the best shop in town does not apply COMMON SENSE! If by tomorrow all transport requires people with masks (and maybe gloves will be next) WHY we have to shop where all staff have NO PROTECTION AT ALL?? One way sistem and silly plastic screens and even a little squirt of antibacterial on the trolley, does not eliminate the fact that ALL GOODS have been put on the shelves BARE HANDED and the politeness of cashiers has now turned into a RISK as breath CAN go over the plastic...read full review

Got robbed and brutally shanked by a group of young rapscallions. There from Elgin academy I'm pretty sure, I think one of them had shattered legs and wasn't able to walk. 2 stars
