Took my baby daughter to the Falkirk wheel today, the cafe food wasn’t bad, there wasn’t any tables inside and balancing a pram and a tray was not easy, however they have a staff member in their cafe, Charlie, who displayed the best piece of customer service I’ve seen in many months. He recognised that even though there were half empty tables none of the other customers were bothering to offer. Visited here with a friend. I had the soup of the day, lentil, with bread and croutons. A choice of breads and one of the tastiest lentil soups I've had in a cafe and it was piping hot. My friend had a scone which was unfortunately a little dry. A dog friendly cafe too.

3 vegetarians and we had mac & cheese we agreed it was tasteless, looked delicious too! They had sold out of baked potatoes, so our choice was limited. It was lovely and clean and very airy. Good service and staff were friendly and polite.
