First time I have been in here, in fact it's the first time I have been into a Costa for over 2 years since I moved up here. Always get a great hot chocolate. This one was the after eight mint flavour, it is very tasty. The cafe was clean, warm and inviting, and very quiet. The usual test and trace was in place. Well worth a visit.
The coffee is good and it is a roomy coffee house but unfortunately that’s where it ends. The service this time was abrupt and unfriendly. The dirty table beside us was cleared but not wiped. There was very little choice of foodstuff and no decafe coffee. We have been a few times hoping that it would improve because it’s Costa but it’s not the case.

Pleasant space. I appreciated being able to sit and use my laptop for a couple of hours. However, couldn't get internet access with the free wifi. Most heinous was ordering a latte and getting a cappuccino. That's super disappointing.
