Don’t understand why this hotel has a 3,9 rating. Me and my partner stayed here in November 23, everything from the rooms to the service was top notch. Something I would recommend hotel management to do is to emphasise the sauna and jacuzzi that customers can book to use privately, it was amazing! Highly
Recently stayed for a long weekend in the cottage. Beautifully decorated house but some of utensils a bit tired. Service was unbelievable. Were told we weren't allowed to book a table in the bistro (as we weren't real hotel guests), were told the menu was too expensive, weren't allowed to check in at time noted on website, ...Not 5 star service, I'm afraid!

Wonderful stop during our Scotland trip. Super friendly staff, lovely sitting room area to wind down with games and a fireplace.Rooms were nicely done, though maybe a bit small for some (esp the bed was snug). Great bathroom, with a nice shower.The breakfast was amazing! And the view, this close to the glencoe lake was exceptional.
