Went here for breakfast, tea and dinner in a period of two days and everything was great. The staff is friendly, the interior nice and if you can catch a spell of sun outside sitting is also nice as it is also a bit wind covered.The produce is very good and there is also a great selection of beer and spirits. The basics you can find on the menu which I would call pub grub++, as e.g. chips are chips of course, but the chili was also very nice and the cheese sauce is also self-made....read full review
We reserved for 20 people for 1 o‘clock lunch, but as it was pouring we arrived early. Nothing was too much trouble for this efficient and friendly team. Tables were pushed together, lunch orders were taken and we were served in no time. The food was excellent and all in all we were delighted with our get together. Many thanks.
Excellent service, lovely location, generous bacon and maple syrup. Popped in after searching for coffee close by Chanonry Point. Opening time of 10am worked perfectly. Coffee was strong and tasty (illy), maple syrup pancakes with crispy bacon was swimming in maple syrup, which was great as usually you have run out of syrup before finishing the pancakes, as one forgets how they soak it up.
