I ordered this take away via the justeat app I also requested this be delivered. The delivery driver arrived with the food. I ordered half korma with rice portion of chips and a tub of korma sauce. After mixing in my chips in the container that it originally came in I had a spoonful of the chicken and rice with chips first spoonful was fine. the next spoonful was alerting as I swallowed bit of the chicken I felt something scratched my throat. Ordered on 16/03/2024 order missing full king kebab phoned to complain was told by the girl it would take a long time to redeliver as they were busy and told to go to website for refund (website says phone for refund) but insisted on redelivery. 2hrs later phoned back for refund and was told by girl it was on its way before I could even ask for refund and hung up on me. Taking money and not giving is THEFT.

Shocking experience with this restaurant. Delivered food. There was food missing from order they said it would be ages to deliver and to go to website to ask for refund. We asked for food to be delivered. After waiting over an hour we called to be told it was on its way. Website states call for refund and when they answer they say Ho to website.
