I ordered two pizzas and chips and cheese and when the order arrived it was missing a pizza. When the shop was contacted about this I was told that the shop was closed and there was no delivery drivers left to deliver a new pizza. There was no attempt to send the missing pizza which was already paid for. I am not sure what to say, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional when dealing with me. I was repeatedly called a phenchod. The food was half hot and half cold some parts were cooked and other parts raw. It takes a special kind of person to be able to do that. The taste of the food was awful I would have been better going down to the local Tesco and getting a can of dog food. It's such a shame to have to write this, because the food was mouth watering; chips, doner kebab and chicken pakora. Unfortunately, one of the chicken pakoras had a bone inside (photo provided) - which put me and my friends off from eating any more. Major choking hazard for children. And potentially could've damaged a tooth.
