Took two hours to arrive, poor delivery man looked fed up, as if he's had to apologise to many people.. they refused to answer their phones, so asking for an update or cancel my order was not an option. To add salt they gave me the wrong pizza!!
I ordered pizza and it was sent from the Broomhill outlet. £35 on pizzas that were stone cold, half empty and uncut.Shop hung up on me twice then said they couldn't do anything as they were short of drivers and very busy.Complains centre "looking into it" for over a week.Save yourself time and hassle- go to the supermarket instead.
