A beacon of hope in a desolate land, dehydrated and with nary a crumb to my name- I was guided here. Here you can expect the finest scran, golden flutes of champagne and a glorious head on your Tennents. Without this place I would have keeled over and I owe my life to Anniesland spoons, Esquire House. Big ups JDW.
Good pub, the food was good ,not exceptional but adequate. This is a busy pub so it is always noisy. They have a family section so you can bring the kids here. The also have a good kids

Very reasonably priced (eg £9 for scampi and a G&T, £10 for pizza and a Prosecco), efficient ordering using the app (no waiting for nine of us to tell a server what we wanted and no 'divvyin up' when paying, where the folk who had a water sub those who had a pint and a chaser), quick service and a pleasant atmosphere...all in all a good lunch ?.Vegetarian options: Enough to keep Veggies smiling.
