An unbelievable experience! The food was utterly sublime, with every bite being a taste sensation. We took the 6 course tasting menu, as was an afternoon sitting, we didn’t choose the wine pairings. Excellent meal from A La Carte menu. We added Oysters which I would highly recommend. They were superb. Great service. Our waitress was really knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very skillfully prepared dishes. Fancy, which is perhaps not me, and hence I only gave it 4 stars , but a great experience all round. The salted caramel fondant dessert was exceptional.
