We ordered a takeaway for collection, customer service was fab and the food was ready within 15minutes. Since the orchid was taken over by new owners I haven’t been able to find a chinese in Midlothian that serves the same crispy shredded honey chilli chicken/beef! The dark colour with sesame seeds, sticky sauce with lots of honey and Garlic. I’ve come across Other places out with Midlothian but not ideal when you live here. One of three Chinese restaurants in the area, in my opinion it's the best one, BC (before covid) the restaurant was the best place for a meal with a loved one, the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, if you are new to this restaurant I highly recommend the chicken curry and egg fried rice with peas, it is delicious and filling.
