Lovely HotelExcellent priceExcellent staff, especially restaurant and bar staff. I'm sure Lee was the chap doing breakfast on Thursday 19/10/23. How he is expected to put up with rude comments from guests staying in the hotel is beyond me. These 2 old ladies picked and picked at everything this guy done. Demanding her gluten free toast bread be on her table. He tried explaining it was in the kitchen but she would not let it lie. I travel frequently and I rarely write reviews however, on reading some of these I felt it necessary for this hotel.I think what people are missing here is the price, it is a beautiful building and grounds, ok it's next to the main road but it's not exactly the "M1" we are talking about.I have stayed here several times before and I will be staying here again shortly, I have never had a problem with any of the staff, in fact I find them quite friendly and helpful.Having stayed...read full review

Beautiful hotel, well situated. Room was large, a little basic but has everything we could need. Wonderfully comfortable bed and buffet breakfast was worth the money! Pastries were divine!Only note was the shower pressure was a bit rubbish, but the rest more than made up for it!Rooms: Nice and large, good bathroom and excellent bed size!
