This well-established chippy has been well run by a local family for many years (if not decades). Can't comment on delivery as we always phone in our order and pick up and its always ready in 10-15 minutes. Having travelled 300 miles to Currie, we were looking forward to a quick meal so rang ahead with the order, including expected arrival time. Appearing exactly when we said, I was surprised to find that they needed me to repeat the order then began cooking it. Place was empty but it still took over 15 minutes to put everything together. Getting to the house (3mins), we were all disappointed with the offerings. A huge wastage of chips with the equivalent of 2 portions being binned....read full review
Food is good but not for the first time it was delivered 45 minutes before the requested time slot. After 45 mins in oven to wait for family it doesn’t taste so good. Get it sorted!
