Staff are really nice, great service. Food is fairly good. There's quite a big price difference between dining in and take away, we expected more in terms of presentation and quality when sitting down.
We had a sit in meal celebrating mums birthday.The China Garden is a wee restaurant, it's fairly nice decorated, well used.We ordered various dishes, beginning with Chicken noodle soup and ribs, all very nice.The main dishes were well presented, large bowl of rice to share among us. Everything was brought out piping hot.All the portions were on the large side, I can understand why, most people like a good amount, we ate as much as we could, whilst trying to save room for desert.Overall...read full review

Very disappointing dinner. Used to eat here quite regularly but hadn’t been back for a while. It’s always been lacking in atmosphere as it obviously catered mainly to take aways but the food was pretty good. Not any more. Bland, tasteless and expensive. Won’t be back
