My review is based on the food and service only .We went in for a late lunch/early supper and were greeted very warmly. Drinks and table service were very fast and orders were soon despatched after a brief discussion re the menu and popular choices. I ordered the Belhaven Steak pie and it arrived at the table very hot and full of flavour. My overall 4 star rating is because I felt the green veg accompaniment was very meagre and the creamed potatoes could have been better...read full review
Great family-friendly hotel/restaurant. Food is great, and Service always comes with a smile. We had been going here for years, and this was our first visit in around 7 years or so. I'm delighted that it hasn't changed too much, and still has that family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend for a family meal or out on a date.
