Fries were undercooked and cold and taste like cardboard. Everything in here tastes artificial. Mcdonalds is disgusting.

Remember the McDonalds of the 80s/90s where all the food was lukewarm and the chips soggy? How about the fact everything always felt slightly mucky? Well Inshes McDonalds is like a nostalgia trip to the days before maccys got its act together. There is nothing to recommend and frankly i avoid eating here if i can.Oh, and if you like sauce for dipping it will cost you 10p per pot here. Or you can risk the ketchup dispenser that looks like it was cleaned last in 2005.On the plus side, the food comes out fairly quick. You might have to go back for the bits they miss though.Also of note, if you happen to be disabled you have to ask the staff to unlock the lift to go upstairs. And there isn't a disabled toilet on the second floor. Don't go getting trapped with a full bladder.

Me and my friends went round the drive through, when getting served at the call point, the guy said “what do you want” which I personally don’t think is very professional. We do understand as we all ordered separately it was quite difficult however didn’t think this would be the customer service we would receive. After paying, the guy at the window shouted as we left “don’t come back”. If this is a joke or not, it’s not how you should speak to customers in my understanding as I work in customer service. Very sad with this experience.

Junior manager tried to convince me the fire exit was not blocked by a pull-up recruiting panel, when clearly it was. Another mgr arrived and agreed to move it. I went back in last week and the pull up panel had once again been placed in front of the fire exit at the bottom of the stairs. Really shockingly poor management to allow this to happen. I was able to buy a hot drink next door. No issues there!

Yet another stone cold order that was missing items. Tried to call but yet again, no joy. Totally unacceptable McDonalds. Continually poor service with no recompense for incomplete, late, unfulfilled orders. Sort yourselves out. Its pathetic. Wish I could give zero feedback. Will never, order from you again. After multiple failed, cold ,incomplete deliveries, your franchise gives the brand a really bad reputation. I'm surprised you get a 3.8 which let's be honest, ain't great anyway. Get a grip
An Asian guy was standing at the till picking his nose then rolling it between his fingers before flicking it off ,that's why my score us low,he then went into kitchen area and was making up orders ,no gloves on.
