Tried to order on the app and it wouldn't register that we were outside so ended up having to go into the restaurant which defeats the point of the application for customers purposes.Some food just isn't cooked properly at times. It was the second time I have been there and had chips that were actually still cold.The restaurant could definitely be organised better too. Generous portions, great menu and fair pricing. Only downside was a large gathering who had a noisy (bad) rendition of Auld Lang Syne whilst we were still eating. They then left, slowly (whilst yelling back and forth to each other), holding the door open for each other with absolutely no regard for dinners positioned closer to the door

The staff don't seem to have a clue, half of them are standing there not knowing what to do next. The manager was just standing watching and ordering one person to do everything. Once you get it, the food is always good.
