Overnight stay. Asked the restaurant team to take a photo at dinner as it was our anniversary, 40+ years. When we went to pay the bill they presented us with champagne and chocolates, lovely surprise, many thanks Premier Inn.

This Premier Inn is the best we have stayed at, staff first class, lovely and friendly. Rooms good, we stopped in Premier plus, perhaps a little mean on towels. The meals were excellent, didn’t need to eat out, well done to breakfast and dinner chefs. This Premier Inn is so well placed walkable to centre of Inverness, but buses on Millburn Road very regular, you don’t have to wait long. So well done Premier Inn, Millburn Road, Inverness. Hopefully we will be back.,Walkability: Not far from centre of Inverness.

Not the best Premier Inn I've stayed

I had such a great experience at this site. The room was clean and very comfortable. I stayed 2 nights. 16/11/2023 and 17/11/2023.The first night I hadn't booked and was having problems booking online. It was not accepting my credit card even though there was plenty of money to cover the booking. I also was having the same problems with the tap and go option, but as soon as I inserted the card, everything was fine. The employee serving me was so friendly and patient as all this was happening. She was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable, perhaps a little tired, but I enjoyed staying here. Both nights I booked I also booked the £24.99 breakfast and dinner package as well. The breakfast had continental and fill English breakfast options for everyone.Dinner is a set menu option, but there is plenty to choose from.I enjoyed both and would stay here again anytime.Service was efficient and friendly both nights. Especially the two woman from the first night. This hotel is is on the outskirts of Inverness and I didn't end up seeing much of the city, but I had a great view from my window.Rooms: Although the room was slightly tired, it was still comfortable to stay in.Food & drinks: I booked the £24.99 meal option. So glad I did. Breakfast was beautiful and there were plenty of options for dinner. You got an entre, a main and a drink included. Plenty of options to find something you will enjoy.

This is probably one of the best premier inn’s I’ve ever stayed in.The rooms were lovely and clean and warm. The location is great. Has free parking with plenty of spaces never had an issue getting a space. It’s about 20 min walk from the centre of Inverness. The best bit about my stay was the staff who were superb. So friendly and helpful. The food also was amazing! Easily the best I’ve had at a premier inn restaurant. The spicy chicken wings were lovely and came with fresh chopped chilli’s which make it superb.

The room and the food we have eaten here have all felt like really good value, with good options for our dietary requirements. But most importantly the staff have been absolutely lovely and have made our stay a real pleasure whilst visiting family in the area. Thank you so much to the team ?

Room was clean and comfortable, bed was good, however I'd have preferred a room with a walk in shower rather than one in a step in bath. Breakfast was good when served in the buffet, however at other times everything tasted of being microwaved and was a little unappetizing. As a consequence I opted for the continental breakfast in preference to the cooked breakfast most mornings.

Opposite the train line into Inverness, perfect for trainspotting. The room was fine. Questionable stains on a footstool. Bed was comfortable. Shower is good.Breakfast was order at table, not buffet but was tasty and filling.
