The hotel was in a great location for Loch Ness.With ample parking which is free for hotel users, you just have to register the vehicle on an iPad in reception.The staff were pleasant, from front desk to housekeeping; we were located in room 132, a room on the 1st floor with a view towards the car park.It was super quiet! Very welcoming and friendly staff - nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Quiet.Great location by the side of the Caledonian Canal with wonderful walks close by.Co-located with a Beefeater restaurant which is open almost all day.

Good location, friendly service. On the ground floor there was a noisy fan, rained through the night sounded like the building was being hit by pellets due to the metal outside next to the window.Good price, get what you pay for.I do not recommend using the beefeater attached to the hotel.
