The food was absolutely phenomenal. The layer of crust on the perfectly toasted bread bun was simply sublime. The fries were deliciously golden brown and were filled to the brim with fluffy fried potatoes that could not have been cooked any better.
Visited via the drive-through yesterday and placed my order and was asked to park which seems to be automatic now at BK Irvine. We waited, and waited and waited. After 25 mins I went inside to ask for an update, no staff approached me and there were a few other customers looking around for assistance. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff.. Customer service was outstanding... Service was very quick... Food was lovely and warm and was served with a friendly smile..
