Pancakes heated up too long in microwave, paper knife & fork not sturdy enough to cut the overheated & hard pancakes. Thankful didnt drive through as never gave us syrup! I avoid drive through here as they always get order wrong that one thing you can rely on here!
Almost everytime we order through just eat there's an item missing, this can't be the fault of just eat as its not just eat drivers who pack the order up, they just bring it, however when you call to say an item is missing all you're told is that its an issue with just eat there's nothing that can be done, order from any other restaurants in kilmarnock and it this happened and you call to report it they have no issues sending a replacement item, thus happens at both this branch...read full review
