The wife ordered a takaway at 5pm via just-eat, waited till 6.20pm and phoned to ask if order was on the way, was told it would leave soon with the driver. Waited till 7pm and phoned back to be told 10 - 15mins, phoned again at 7.20 to cancel the order. Been told no refund will be given, will not be phoning again so their loss not mine. Plenty more takeaways to choose from. Shame as this is my fav place and we ordered from here a fair bit at times.
Used this takeaway for years.The last 2 times I phoned an order to collect they were wrong.When does mixed meat curry become chicken curry?.Then again last night mixed curry became chicken fried rice. I used the contact form to tell them but never received a reply. I will find another Chinese to use if they can't be bothered to get back in touch when they are in the wrong.

Do not order from this place if you want it delivered in any sort of reasonable time food is ok but delivery service and customer service is appalling I am currently waiting on a delivery that is around an hour later than told when I phoned was told they were just cooking it now !!! Which means they have prob just started cooking it so be another 40 odd mins before seeing it ….just a nightmare place
