“We had a fantastic day yesterday at “ Breakfast with Buddy”. Elves were fab, our hot chocolate was so so chocolatey never tasted it like that before. Then came what elves like best spaghetti “ crepe spaghetti”, with lots of topping and of course syrup just like Buddy in the film “elf” We had 2 lovely elves helping up with fun activities too. But then a very Pesky naughty elf turned up “ elf pickles” had lots of fun tricks up her sleeve , very naughty at times. And cheeky , pickles Logan says you are the stinky one ‘not him . And Paisley is still fuming at you for stealing her mummy spaghetti and throwing the food about. But it’s ok she saw her GG and papa like she told you she was going to do. Lovely afternoon for kids big and small. Thank you again to all involved. Ps hope pickles tidied up the place!! Xx”

“Feast is a my favourite cafe in Kirkcudbright. Robyn and Lewie have created such a warm and friendly cafe where everyone feels welcome. I often pop in for a take away coffee, or sit in for lunch or cake. Their food is always fresh and delicious and their coffee is the best in Kirkcudbright! Their staff are friendly and service is quick. Highlights of the menu are the Nourish Bowl, or Birdseed Brunch. And I’ve had too many slices of the Plum Cake to count!”

“Lovely little cafe. We turned up a little late for a breakfast roll but there were plenty of other good menu choices. In common with a lot of other places in the town, this was cash only, which had us all scrambling around in our pockets to see if/what we could eat. The idea of all chipping in to buy lunch was slightly off-putting, almost a bit embarrassing - this was ultimately reflected in our conservative order. Being on holiday usually means out-out but left feeling a little disappointed in our failure to explore the full range of delights on offer here.”
