43 Main St, LargsThree of us paid our first visit to the Kohinoor from Lochwinnoch last night. Excellent service, superb food - veggie and mushroom pakoras, a chicken Jaipuri, a chicken Chasni, and a veggie paneer Chasni (made on request), plus drinks, chapattis, spiced onions, mango chutney and raita and puppadums. Cosy atmosphere. We'll be back.

34-36 Nelson St, LargsI had my 50th birthday in Sharps last night. Excellent venue and the buffet was all prepared fresh and great value for money. The staff went out their way to make sure everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble, they even decorated the function room before I arrived.

Largs Yacht Haven, Irvine Rd, LargsHad a lovely lunch today. Everything perfect. Just a few suggestions. I had the sirracha cauliflower but the size was too big. Also an extra plate to put them on would be great. Also had the veg fajitas. Delicious but a small plate and spoon would be great to build them up. Thank you for a lovely lunch

130 Main St, Ayrshire, LargsFood was good , place is a really busy takeaway when I was in with many customers in and out and many delivery drivers in and out , only thing that I would say about this place that there chips were to overdone for my liking and forgot salad on my burger and the menu was quite limited , I was looking a hoggie wrap and they never done it , but all apart from that couldn’t really complain about the food , and I’d would probably still go back

Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips (Largs)
68-70 Main St, LargsBeen 3 times for chips to takeaway. On each occasion, the chips were REALLY good. Perfectly cooked, whatever oil they use flavours the chips nicely. I now struggle to pass BL without wanting to stop for chips lol. I'll definitely be stopping again soon ☺️

128 Main St, LargsThank you for supplying the pizzas for our family event at Balvonie House in Skelmorlie on Friday 16th June 2023.Pizzas were amazing, everybody loved them - service was fantastic and all 16 pizzas arrived bang on time, lovely and hot - superb quality.I would highly recommend!!!

Chicken breast nuggets are another favourite.Defenetly a must if you are ever in largs.Vegetarian options: They also sell pizza as well with a large variety of toppings.Kid-friendliness: Children love the big viking out the front of the chip shop,especially for a photo opertunity.Parking: Parking sometimes available outside, paid Parking over the road, take your time you will find a space,it will be worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into shop if in a wheelchair.

2 Greenock Rd, LargsNardini's is a very lovely place full of history. The staff are really friendly, helpful and professional.
You have various choices of food, ice creams etc and two choices of restaurant.
You can eat in their cafe, buy items from their takeaway and eat in their new edition to the family Bistro del Mare. A wonderful Italian 5star restaurant.

14 Gallowgate St, LargsVery fats service despite how busy they were. We were only waiting around 5 minutes for table and about 5-10 minutes for our meal. I got a cheese burger and chips, the burger was well done and a very good size chips were also great, I had share of my family’s roast and the veggies are always delicious. Staff are super kind and very patient.

17-19 Main St, LargsI had one of the best burgers I have ever had in my 20 years of life here at The George. Top quality products, with some of the best service me and my friend have had! Our waitress was extremely kind, so thank you very much! The place was friendly for behaved dogs, as a couple came in with one, and the waitress gave some water for the dog in the warm weather. I highly recommend coming here when on a day out in ol’ Largs!

Largs Yacht Haven, Irvine Rd, LargsWhat a huge difference since it's been taken over. Food is amazing and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We arrived and were attended to straight away. It was a glorious day so we sat in the outdoor seating area which is now much bigger. The coffee here is the best I've ever had. I'm looking forward to trying one of the new takeaway pizzas? and enjoying an ice cream ? from the new machine.

2-4 Main St, LargsA very pleasant visit here this morning. The service was good, and the food was very tasty especially the bacon. My partner said the ice cream was really good.
The only criticism I’d have is it’s a little cramped and people re passing you really close as you eat.

6 Frazer St, LargsI was visiting Largs yesterday, and visited The Gypsy Cream Cafe. I had a lovely pot of tea and a homemade fruit scone and jam which was delicious. Lovely touch was the wee piece of homemade tablet. I have never been in before but I'll definitely be back, great atmosphere, warm friendly 5 star ⭐ service, delicious food, I will highly recommend to everyone, thanks again x

Unit 2, 1, The Promenade, Gallowgate St, LargsI wanted to highlight some outstanding customer service at your Largs store, the staff are so friendly and willing to help. I used to be a regular customer as I work close by, however I have been on maternity leave for the last year and haven’t been in. I visited the store last week to try a new drink for me, the iced caramel whipped latte as I saw a promotion for it and it looked delicious. I was welcomed by the staff members Jake and Rachel with lovely big smiles, Jake took my order for my drink along with a hot chocolate for my son, to which I was asked if I would like the hot chocolate a little cooler as it was for him… a fantastic touch to the service! As we were leaving Jake and Rachel both said goodbye and have a nice day, such a friendly atmosphere and top class coffee!!! Today I visited the store again with my partner, and couldn’t remember what the drink was that I had ordered previously, I said to your staff member Jake in a joking fashion ‘can you remember what I ordered last week because that was amazing’ and Jake, to my astonishment… remembered my order! The store is very busy and sees a lot of traffic, so for Jake to remember one persons order, not a regular order, was incredible. Again we were served with big smiles, friendly hello, goodbyes and thank you’s. The staff in this store really are giving first class service, and special recognition to Jake for making a knockout coffee and remembering my order from the previous week! These wonderful staff members for providing more than just a coffee. It really is appreciated!

The Paddle Steamer - JD Wetherspoon
30 Gallowgate St, LargsReally handy Wetherspoon that overlooks the ferry port. Gets very busy most days and shows its popularity. Food has always been nice here. Toilets are well maintained and restaurant is always clean and tidy. Small outside seating areas at the front and back. Does not have parking but there is a large car park nearby.

All good trued has had a wonderful coating of dark golden crispy batter which sticks to food and isn't soggy. Chips are the perfect balance between crispy and fluffy. Always good size and portions of food too. You'll be stuffed.

Geraldo's, Largs
26-28 Main St, LargsA superb shop with a fantastic array of independent spirits, including of course a great range of Arran whiskies. They also have beautiful homemade chocolates, ice cream and cheese! We forst visited on Friday evening, just having a nosey, the young man working was so knowledgeable about all the different products. We returned on Saturday to lighten our bank balance!! ?
