“Just had late lunch - sirloin steak and mixed grill plus Black Forest gateau. Food was first class , helpings were extremely generous, restaurant was warm and cosy and service was faultless. Plus prices were excellent- great value for money. We will definitely return again soon.”

“Have been here a few times in the last few weeks just on our own and also with friends. The food is great especially the black pudding fritters and have also tried different things. Staff are lovely and very helpful always a smile nothing is too much trouble. Our friends also loved the food and will definitely be back again.”

“Visited today for the first time. We did not have to wait long for a seat. Once seated we were given the menu and within minutes waitress asking for order. No time given to actually look at the menu.

We ordered macaroni and cheese and steak pie. The macaroni was tasteless, watery, preheated in the microwave. Certainly not cheese macaroni as I know it. Would not recommend it at all .
The steak pie at least was presentable, gravy spot on. Cafe was getting busy as we left.

“Ordered the kebab special and was not disappointed all meats were excellently cooked great char on the chicken and none of it was dry whatsoever..Ended up gettin it again last night and went for the grilled chicken burger it was delicious.. great batter sausages and kids loved the chicken bites.. will deafinatly be back again when in livingston”

“Use here regularly when we have take away. Weird thing tonight though, a chip roll is actually a burger bun.... I mean it's a roll but no please no. Use normal rolls.”

“Any time I’ve been here the food has been lovely. I don’t live in Livingston (live in Northern Ireland) but I have family that do and every time I’m over on holiday I make a point to come in here at least once for food because it’s been so lovely every time. Most recently I was over in February on my honeymoon & I think I was in with my husband three times & it was lovely each time. Would recommend.”
