We booked the day before for a table of 8, child and a dog. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and allowed us to book outside which they dont usually allow. On arrival one waitress appeared a bit stressed there was a table of eight coming in which I was surprised about as its a big restaurant. The menu had a fantastic selection. Had a great time here - BUT I dont agree with the owner giving a member of staff a dressing down in front of customers. I was mortified and embarrassed for the girl. she was young, (18) as was Max who was only 14 but managed to serve well. Food was OK, but mussels were cold when received. All the young staff were polite and friendly. Been here a lot of times as we visit Lossie regularly. Will go again but may have to say something if this happens again! Was away for the weekend to Lossiemouth and was here Saturday for food and Sunday for a Sunday roast, very friendly staff, amazing food, food was piping hot and served was quick, thank u guys i will defenetly be back ? % x
