The cakes are fantastic. It's a small friendly place. When the sun is out they open the front of the shop to let the warmth shine through. It's extremely busy with one poor girl working really hard. Would recommend if you are lucky to get a table

Prego Coffee Shop

The guys working this morning were super friendly and welcoming. My chai was great and I was very grateful that the station had someplace to buy food and tea early in the morning. My friend liked that she was able to add her own sweetener to her coffee latte.Vegetarian options: They have a fried egg roll as a breakfast option.

Charlies Coffee Bar

Went here today and it was great. Lovely area and managed to get a seat outside. Service was quick and decent enough inside the shop. Could maybe smile a little more ? Would go back ?? only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is there is so many dogs wandering about when you’re trying to eat. Not a major issue though as it is a dog walking area so to be expected ??

The Tea Cosy

Lovely wee café - was recommended by a colleague and what a great shout. Beautiful wee upstairs loft style tea themed café. I got a breakfast roll (tripler, I was hungry) a latte and a piece of crispy cake and it was all delicious, well cooked and under a tenner! Pleasant staff, pleasant surroundings and - another wee point well worth mentioning - I got a sachet of sauce along with my roll and the corner was cut off for me to just squeeze it onto my roll. No faff, just good food served well. Awesome - I’ll be back :)

Costa Coffee

GREAT RETREAT FROM SHOPPING!\\nThis is a fairly spacious Costa unit within Tesco, Milngavie. Good food and great coffee as standard including the world's best caramel shortcake. What makes this a Go-To for me is the staff here. They are SO hard working, serving fairly constant customer demand throughout their day. Moreover, they are really super-efficient and always friendly. Costa you can be proud of your reps in this branch!

Classic India Restaurant

I've been visiting Classic Indian for a few years now. Any time I'm down this way to teach 1st aid I pop in for a meal. I've never been disappointed in the food or the service, both have been of a consistently high standard. There's been a long time since my last visit and I was treated like a long lost friend when I called in today.

Talbot Arms

Now has two beers on plus a murican IPA fizzy one from Brooklyn. Service much improved this year compared to last year. Place has been tidied up and taking hospitality a good bit more seriously than last decade.

Oscars Cafe

Enjoyed some lovely fish and chips and a cappuccino which was just the way I like it nice and hot not Luke warm like a lot of other places.
This was a first visit but won't be the last as I spied lots of lovely cake's when I was paying the bill.

Greggs

If you’ve read any of my other reviews you’ll know how fond I am of Greggs as a restaurant chain, this location is no different. Tacitly located at the start of the west highland way this shop doesn’t only off food and sweet treats to locals but also to hikers who are about to cross the west highland way.10/10 would recommend you come visit, at the very least just to get some of their top notch sweetener.Kid-friendliness: Most kid friendly restaurant in town!Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is wheelchair accessible.

Costa Coffee

Only been here a couple of times and found the staff to be very pleasant. The big selling point for me was the staff know what an extra hot flat white is. I will certainly be back.

Andiamo

Went for mums 80th birthday as Andiamos one of her favour places to go . From booking to eating to service to quality of food, it was five star, but staff make a place and these staff are the cream of the crop! Definitely recommend for any occasion ?

Subway

Not had a subway for a long time the boy in the shop was very good he was on his own and had a lot of orders despite this he was polite and very efficient. 5☆☆☆☆☆ for him?
