Kids eat FREE during summer holidays at the Montrose cafe. That's great! My mums breakfast looked tasty and it was hot.\\nMy avocado and eggs were covered in chilli flakes. It was far too much. The kitchen staff obviously don't know how to use chilli. I had to leave the tomatoes as I couldn't get the chilli off them! The chilli ruined a perfectly good plate of food! Very disappounted. No link sauages or bacon or a wait of 20 minutes. Got slicey roll that took 20 mins and was only warm. No time ti complain as in hurry. Cime here loads but appeared shambles today.

The staff there are lovely, friendly and helpful.The food is fantastic.There are newly refurbished toilets m/f and accessible.There is ample space to manoeuvre walking aids/wheelchair etc.The menu is great.Is more than just a cafe, feels like a home from home.
