The staff can be really nice and friendly depending on who you get. Some are really ignorant and will turn thier nose up at you. The food is sub par but you don't expect fine dining in a Costa. The place is clean for the most part. They always seem understaffed as the tables aren't cleaned regularly and you can wait a while in the que as most of the time they only have one Barista making the coffees. Great service & friendly environment as always. Started off just mum & I then hubby, kids, bro & sister in law joined us too after the football. Was enough room for us all to sit together & everyone (other than me in my wheelchair) got a comfy chair. It is fully wheelchair accessible. The disabled toilet doesn't have a changing places but is big enough for a side transfer on the left hand side & has a pull down rail on the left hand side to allow use of two rails if needed.Wheelchair...read full review

Visit every week and always great service . Lovely staff in today Merrin and Andrew who remembered our orders and our specific need for soya milk ? Both very friendly members of staff to have a good chat with. Service great as usual. Areas clean and staff cleaning well at time of visit. See you next week ?
