The View Restaurant
Naughton Rd, Wormit, Newport-on-Tay1st time at The View & not disappointed. Staff were lovely especially the owners, great quality food served at each course. We sat outside because we had our dog with us but were made very comfortable undercover & also a heater at our disposal but wasn't necessary.
Would definitely return when in this area. Thank you for a lovely experience

Manna Coffee
13 Cupar Rd, Newport-on-TayGreat little cafe, very polite and kind staff and volunteers. Always helpful and are very welcoming. Great cakes made by the communities. Fantastic prices, and there is a little shop selling quirky trinkets. All round Great place to sit down and have a cuppa, soup and a sandwich and top it off with a nice slice of cake. Definite recommend

Tay Bridge Kiosk
Newport-on-TayFantastic place to eat walked over tay bridge and delight to see this place , excellent food , drinks , toilet facilities x cash or card the ladies lovely x good menu highly recommend cheese burger salad and cappuccino x just what I needed plenty of places to eat , information board ,rest than back walk the tay bridge back the dundee x fantastic cheers nicki t xx

54 High St, Newport-on-TayBest chippy I've been to, a regular stop. Almost always a queue out the door, which says a lot! Decent prices, about a tenner for a fish supper, nothing is really any more than that. Plenty of options too
Give yourself 30 minutes at least at dinner time but its definitely worth it

Taj Mahal
Forgan Roundabout, Newport-on-TayHaving visited Taj Mahal for the first time tonight 24/5/26 I was very impressed with the welcome I received the interaction with the owners with how I was made welcome ?.I knew what I wanted and with some Input from the staff I decided what I was going to order and looking forward to getting home I was hungry......I have to say I was completely satisfied and 'Stuffed' ??.The food was so delicious,tasty and well priced !!!!.I will be back.

1 Boat Brae, Newport-on-TayWe recently moved to Newport, and have had take away from here a few times! Every time has been delicious. Very reasonable price aswell. Salt and pepper crispy chicken is a favourite for the kids!
