Really nice food; pretty busy so you have to book. But it's nice to see lots of people in one place when the rest of the island is much quieter.

Great Service, friendly staff.Lovely views.Had a expresso, elderflower drink and a lime ice cream, it was delicious.Only a brief stop as the cafe was nearly closing when I arrived.Menu looked good however, and it's also a licensed cafe.Indoor and ourselves seating.Clean and spacious.Heritage centre and Museum on-site.Definitely a must stop if visiting the island of Lismore.Accessible by ferry from Oban and Port Appin with CalMac ferries.

Great coffee, average cafe food, terrible service. Really wouldn't recommend but not much choice in the island!

This cafe and adjoined heritage centre was a joy to visit and broke up a very long yomp around this gorgeous wee island. I had the soup (carrott and potato) with beetroot humus sarnies together with a pint of Fyne Ales' Jarl and definitively the best Victoria Sponge Cake I've ever had...it took a while to get going again but this place is a must visit for anyone taking in Lismore!

Very nice cafe. Its the only cafe so they could get away with bring pretty basic, but the food was really good quality and they presented it nicely.
It's a really good cafe, the service is wonderful, the food and view are also great. I really enjoyed my meal here !

Beautiful cakes and lovely views from the outside terrace. Really welcome at the halfway point on a 9 mile walk around Lismore. Would do the walk again just for a slice of the Victoria Sponge! It was so good!!!

Came to this cafe twice, once for lunch and for an ice cream pit stop. Each time we came we were greeted by a fabulous team of staff who are kindly spoken and offer fast service. For lunch, my partner ordered a ham and cheese panini with lismore chutney and I ordered the chicken burger. 100% recommend either options, the chicken was so tender and delicious. The ice cream and homemade bakes are a must, you cannot leave without trying. My partner was lucky to get the last salted caramel and whisky ice cream which was yummy! Very popular too, so be quick. There is two attractions attached to the cafe, a museum along with a black house cottage and gift shop. The museum is filled with information about the history of lismore ranging from early human life, christianity, farming and domestic equipment and the lime stone industry. The cottage next door replicates what life was like for the poorer islanders in the 19th century. Their is gaelic dialogue played as you explore the cottage, I do wish there was information displayed explaining what was said. The gift shop is filled with local arts and crafts, homemade candles, soaps, coasters and tea towels. We both loved the cafe and the museum and recommend others to visit!

Wonderful homemade cakes. Absolutely delicious and most welcome after our cycle. Loved the museum to find out the history of the island. Highly recommend. Fantastic trip to the beautiful scenery on Lismore Island.
