Reviews for Isle of Lismore Cafe
This cafe and adjoined heritage centre was a joy to visit and broke up a very long yomp around this gorgeous wee island. I had the soup (carrott and potato) with beetroot humus sarnies together with a pint of Fyne Ales' Jarl and definitively the best Victoria Sponge Cake I've ever had...it took a while to get going again but this place is a must visit for anyone taking in Lismore!
Beautiful cakes and lovely views from the outside terrace. Really welcome at the halfway point on a 9 mile walk around Lismore. Would do the walk again just for a slice of the Victoria Sponge! It was so good!!!

Great Service, friendly staff.Lovely views.Had a expresso, elderflower drink and a lime ice cream, it was delicious.Only a brief stop as the cafe was nearly closing when I arrived.Menu looked good however, and it's also a licensed cafe.Indoor and ourselves seating.Clean and spacious.Heritage centre and Museum on-site.Definitely a must stop if visiting the island of Lismore.Accessible by ferry from Oban and Port Appin with CalMac ferries.
