One of those wonderful things that life occasionally throws your way happened to us yesterday. We had taken an early morning flight to a funeral in Perth and were wandering round for somewhere to have lunch and we stumbled across the Olive Tree. We both had a focaccia with cotto. We were so grateful to find this amazing, authentic Italian pizza in Perth recently and loved it so much we made a detour on our way back down to North Yorkshire. Fresh, delicious and they make vegan pizza as well. Just ask :)Dietary restrictions: They can make vegan pizza. Just ask :)
We have now been 3 times to The Olive Tree - the food is really fantastic. Excellent and authentic Italian cookery and the best gelato. We have twice had the focaccia sandwiches - no idea how the lovely chef manages to get them so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Best pizza in town.Vegetarian options: The grilled vegetables are sublime - had them on a warm focaccia. Lots of vegetarian pizzas to choose from and you can pretty much choose whatever you like for toppings.
