food was okay, but guy on the till wasnt very nice and when he was serving the salad bar and sauce area he didnt ask if i wanted sauce, so when i pointed it out he rolled his eyes and went in a really cheeky tone "well what sauce do you want?"
My sub was ok, however the manager was rushing us and made the experience unpleasant. I struggle to see the board due to my eyesight and sometimes need a moment extra to confirm what I would like. There were no customers behind me and therefore I did not understand the rush.

Food was the usual Subway standard but the service was very good and kind. We needed hot water for two Lemsip drinks and the lady didn't hesitate whereas across the road in Greggs they refused to give us hot water, I was prepared to pay but no, apparently they're not allowed.
