A fantastic chippy!I came here a number of years ago by accident and I’ve been telling anyone that’s coming up this way to visit (I live in Greater Manchester).I managed to get back this week and my goodness, I wasn’t disappointed.The fish is battered perfectly, the chips are proper chippy chips and the curry sauce was lovely.The gentleman was a lovely man too.We ate our food on the benches to the side, but you can take it down to the harbour side if you want dinner with...read full review

On 15.9.23 I had haddock and chips and my wife had fish cake and chips.Everything was freshly cooked to order and tasted delicious. We also ordered a sausage for our dog Dolly. The ladies that served us asked if it was for a dog and they gave us a carton full of sausage on the house. The ladies who served us were really friendly and cheerful.
