Enjoyed many a laugh and cheers with some of the locals, Pete and Dan, whose humor kept us entertained for the evening.

Unit 15 The Grn, Berrymuir Rd, Portlethen, AberdeenHad a takeaway delivery had pizza and chips and milkshakes was so nice would recommend. Cooked perfect.
My only complaint is please put straws in bag for milkshakes as was no straws so hard to drink.

Chips on The Green
38 Berrymuir Rd, Portlethen, AberdeenWe arrived at 3:35pm and the shop doesn't open till 4 but instead of turning us away the fella took our order and said there might be a wee wait ??????
Sausage supper was pretty good I'd say, certainly tasty, batter on the sausages was particularly well cooked

The red pudding was pretty good and well cooked
The Jumbo sausage is definitely nowhere near as tasty as the small sausages but it was decent and well cooked
Unfortunately the chips were a disaster, greasy, soft and well under cooked, both my wife and myself sampled 1 then binned the rest

The Neuk
2 Craigmarn Rd, Portlethen, Portlethen Village, AberdeenVery welcoming, rooms very clean and comfortable. Afternoon tea £12.50 precooked was delicious, just what we needed after the 6 hrs drive. Only advice shame breakfast wasn't a fresh cooked, just a bowl of ceramic and crossiant in the room. Tea, coffee, milk supplied and there was a small fridge in the room.

Premier Inn Aberdeen South (Portlethen) hotel
Mains Of Balquharn, Portlethen, AberdeenBreakfast is great value, drops a star because it's almost impossible to get an egg with a runny yolk. Even when you can get a fresh batch brought out, they've clearly been hardening under a heat lamp for ages in the kitchen.
