Me and my partner visited 2 years ago for the first time. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and was impressed by all the options available to me. We both loved it. Today we wanted to go for a day trip and we decided to visit Queensferry again to go to this charming little place. We first got some cakes and a coffee for my partner. The carrot cake (gf and dairy free) was absolutely delicious! The coffee my partner had was so good that he bought a pack to take home. We then went around the town with the plan to return to get some cakes to take home. Ended up having an amazing gf and dairy free toastie which reminded me of my childhood and home (Slovenia), where we always used to grill the toast so that the cheese would melt over the ham ? the latte with coconut milk was also amazing. We ordered a slice of carrot cake and victoria sponge to take home so we can have a treat tonight after dinner.The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure that my dietary needs were met. Had a little taste of the vegan ice-cream as well and will definitely be coming back in summer to enjoy it ? our unborn daughter seemed impressed as well because as soon as I started eating, she started to kick away ?Would highly recommend to stop by and enjoy what they have to offer especially if you have any dietary needs as we all know how difficult it can be to find someplace to eat.Would post photos but we enjoyed it too much and completely forgot to take a few ?P.S Dogs are welcome as well.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose fromDietary restrictions: Great GF and dairy free selection

Exquisite ice-cream! And other desserts too!I had a nutella hot chocolate that was so creamy, with all the toppings. As well as ice-cream and the others in my family had desserts and ice-cream too, we were stuffed!Staff were so friendly and accommodating, lovely local business feel.

Great little place and very tasty ice cream. Has a few tables which was much appreciated on a cold day! Not just ice cream, serves coffees, toasties and a few other tasty looking food offerings. Good value compared to other ice cream shops I have visited recently.

Felt very intimidated when I walked in to use toilet and then purchase an item. Woman with blonde hair in a ponytail shouted at me and was very rude and making faces at me for using the toilet first after stating I was going to buy an item. Before being so concerned about you toilet use, you should probably have a look at your customer service :)
This wee place is an absolute gem. Very welcoming with a friendly, chatty owner. We had their soup, cake and hot drink deal for £9.95 each. Great value. Hot homemade lentil soup with lovely fresh bread (they have vegan options on menu) and plenty butter. The homemade cakes - wow, we had a generous piece of victoria sponge and a dulce de lecce pastry. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent little cafe. The ice cream and coffee are very good, and the owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. Customer service is first class. There's a nice atmosphere, and although the cafe is often busy, the staff take the time to make you feel welcome a they thank you for your visit.

We went in for two coffee’s and decided to sit in. Coffee was great, but it was also a pleasure to watch the team deliver phenomenal customer service, taking the time to listen to every customer not rushing anyone. Had a great conversation with gentleman behind the counter who offered some sound advice on places to go in Edinburgh for food. All staff very friendly and helpful, I also enjoyed a strawberry ice cream to go, which was one of the best I have had. Well worth a visit.
