For a smallish town Strathaven has a knack for producing some excellent mid range restaurants and coffee shops, The Drawing Room is no exception. W have been here several times on our own, with friends and with family and on all occasions we have all really enjoyed the experience. Nice food well presented, great service and great coffee - its also licenced so you can have a drink. It's a lovely place for breakfast/brunch. It would be nice if they could take the food up a level. However the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it's not dog friendly which is a shame
