We visited for dinner as a family of 4 (two adults and two children) between Christmas & New Year while touring the NC500 and staying at the Port A Baigh Campsite which is directly opposite. A massive shame and I'm not going to complain about the place as it was fine. The food was good, the staff were lovely, but we firstly checked it out on there Web site first before booking and it stated a 8 oz Serloin stake was £16.50, but we paid about £29.00. I appreciate that prices have increased for just about everything in the world right now, but this seems majorly extreme. On holiday from CanadaIn May 2008 we came alone.In Sept. 2023 we returned (this time with friends)On both visits we have enjoyed a Good lunch, A Great atmosphere & were served by the Same Family ( 2 generations! )We shall return.Kid-friendliness: Kids no longer need supervision at the pool table !
