“This is an update and replacement for by 2017 review in which I gave a bad score. My family ordered a take-out meal for 6 in January 2024 and it was very good. The standards have improved massively and I no longer hold a complaint against the Newcott outlet. For anyone planning to visit and reading this, it is well worth a try.”

“Food is okay, always arrives warm or if picking up, it is always fresh from the grill (depending on what you order). Staff are friendly and they always serve with a smile. Prices aren't too bad either.”

“Friendly staff on arrival. On receiving order curry dips were missing, chicken burger looked like it had been sat on! Totally squashed. We asked for a plain large and small ice cream,both arrived with sprinkles on! I went back and asked for two plain ones the small one came back with no sprinkles and the large one with exactly the same sprinkles on! How on earth the lady who actually came to our table and apologised actually came back with another item with exactly the same problem! The kitchen seemed to be shambolic and slow. To be honest I don't think we'll hurry back here. It was also surprisingly quiet here.....”
