The Cross Keys is an amazing place that shouldn't be missed. The Scotch egg was a delight, and the lamb rump with pea and pearl barley risotto was delicious, with the jus pulling it all together perfectly. The service was excellent, with friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient staff providing top-notch customer care. The menu changes weekly, featuring freshly cooked, locally sourced dishes, including traditional roasts with all the trimmings. The pub is even dog-friendly, making it a great option for a special occasion or a casual meal. Highly recommended, and visitors will certainly want to return.
