(Visited 20/12/2023 12:30) Enjoyed a flat white this afternoon which was delicious (my go-to coffee!) made and brought to the table by friendly staff members. I came with two people who had festive hot chocolates, which they enjoyed. The staff explained that they had no whipped cream in stock but it was due to supply issues, so it was totally forgivable and out of their control!Merry Christmas, Costa Newport ?☕️?
Staff are excellent however there needs to be more people serving in a morning. Always takes about 15-20 minutes to get served because there is only one member of staff racing around like a blue arsed fly trying to make food and drinks for collection, online and justeat orders. Why have so little staff at your busiest time of the day? Frustrating.
