I go to this garage every morning for my Costa coffee and petrol. The lady (I do know her name but this is not the place to write it)who works there is brilliant, excellent communication skills, is polite and does a great job, she has worked all through the pandemic and has had to put up with some difficult customers but she always keeps a smile behind that mask. Well done and keep up the good job you are doing.
