Popped into the store this morning and joined the queue of 10 customers , when I got to the counter the vegetarian sausage rolls had run out so I decide to wait for a new batched to be cooked , I was in the store 48 minutes in total? The thing I noticed was all the staff were working flat out they couldn’t have worked any harder . One lady called Jess was cooking at a crazy speed and still remained calm and very pleasant. Foods good, staff are good. But for some reason the sight of the Greggs logo reverts boomers to a more mindless state and all knowledge of queue etiquette goes out the window. Never have I gone to Greggs without finding myself leaning forward fifteen degrees because somebody thinks embedding themselves in my back will get them their chicken bake quicker. I think Greggs could be improved if there was a staff member armed with a cattle prod to keep the queue well behaved, but alas,...read full review

I love not far from this Greggs and also work in the area, so I do call in far too regularly, but always think the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They provide an excellent service, are always happy to go beyond and also do it with a smile!
