From the warm welcome to the wonderful food there is nothing not to look about this restaurant. The menu is a revealing insight into Egyptian cuisine. My wife had the halibut with prawns and calamari which was a perfect combination of spices and flavours. I had the Cairo style filet of beef kebab, the portions are generous. Well worth visiting and enjoying.
We enjoyed a fabulous lunch here, on a short visit to Shrewsbury. My husband and I both chose the Bass with scallops, prawns, asparagus and carrots. Each and every item was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and came with a wonderful sauce. I also loved the decor, really fresh and inviting, and invoking the 'Red Sea' feel. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were brilliant. I ordered a takeaway and had no cutlery so they very kindly let me borrow their silverware. Very friendly and very welcoming. ??
