Usually a half decent drive through. Unfortunately tonight was horrendous. Waiting 30 minutes for a small simple order when it wasn't busy at night. And by far the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Extremely watery and seems like they forgot to actually add the hot chocolate itself.
Fed up of this mcdonalds branch definitely the worst I have been to over the years. Food constantly forgotten, always cold and mindless staff. I can never understand how food can be forgotten when there is barely anyone ordering. I won't be returning as I also always redeem awards only for them to take the points but never give me the food. Waste of time.

Food is sometimes good, sometimes terrible. It's often obvious that burgers or chicken have been sat on the side for ages. The whole place stinks of rotten milk and is incredibly messy. The floors are heaving and every surface is sticky. The staff are friendly but should maybe cover up extremely visible wounds because it can be off putting. Service is generally slow. Hygiene among staff is middling.
