Pizza counter is hardly open on a Friday night or a Saturday … used to go regular. And every time we have been at 5pm or 6pm it’s closed so we end up going to Morrisons because they are open later. Disappointing really and the pizza counter staff are rude and look like they do not care.
Half the shelves empty as refit in process. Lot of products missing,and a 15 to 20 minute wait in a queue at the checkout as only 2 manned tills in operation. Not a good service from a leading supermarket.

Lack of staff on tills every weekday morning so everybody is stacked back down the Isles in a queue you end up spending more time waiting to be served than it takes to collect your shopping.
