We had a really unique and difficult situation which lead us to have a small gathering in costa for a child’s birthday. The staff ( particularly lady with long bob ) was the absolute kindest and most genuine person. We were taken aback at how supportive they were. They are not awear of the difficult morning we had experienced prior to arriving at coast. They made a bad start to the day into a good one. Thank you kindly. It’s hard to put into words but they showed empathy and compassion and clearly care about there costumers. They are an asset to the companyThank you”

“A good selection of sandwiches and hot drinks plus very efficient staff - you seldom wait more than a couple of minutes even with 10 people in the queue. Perhaps a bit expensive but not silly prices.Now seemingly back to normal post lockdowns etc.”

“My daughter and I had a very enjoyable afternoon with some very close friend from Staffordshire at Darbys .The menu had great choice and the establishment was very clean. The staff were excellent, in particular a young lady called Chelsea.
