The very best staff and the most exceptional customer service and care. We had a really unique and difficult situation which lead us to have a small gathering in costa for a child’s birthday. The staff ( particularly lady with long bob ) was the absolute kindest and most genuine person. We were taken aback at how supportive they were. popped in as was staying in hotel opposite by the lake - staff were friendly coffee and cake were both very tasty. Sat for a while as was waiting for a friend didn't feel like i needed to move or was in the way. enjoyable

I enjoy this costa as it tends to be the quietest unless the town park is busy then it can get a bit busy. Food and drink is exactly what you expect from a costa store and the staff are always friendly and helpful
