Erin was fantastic; friendly, really informative on the steaks on offer and we never had to wait long for service. Enjoyed our meals and when a minor issue needed sorting it was sorted straight away with no fuss.

I would expect from the name it is fine food and excellent service, however this is far from it. Everything is basic. For starter, the setting is just as a fast food restaurant. Service is ok, however, the lady that attend to us is pleasant and give you a feel of wanting to stay for dessert but no chance. The food is nothing better than my husband home made food. Food lack flavour but the wine is good ? To be honest, I was looking forward to good food and night out. Overall, our experience was disappointing. The reason we did not stay for dessert.

On getting to the restaurant we could see it was busyHowever where we were sat was incredibly loud and we couldn't hear ourselves think at one pointSteak was mediocreService not so great..Very rushed, sat down at a table with only 1 napkin and the cutlery on the other side of the table....leading me to believe there was no prior cleaning of the table after the other party had left.There was 2 in the party.Waiter was very chatty to others but not ourselves.Didn't talk us through the menus, no recommendations just "any allergies?" And walked off.Normally when we visit a miller and carterWe are advised that the t bone may be pink in the middle even being "well done"But not on this occasion.When my partner asked what soft drinks they had available.The server was very abrupt.The couple next to us were moved after eating as their table was very dirty (after they had eaten)But the table was left filthy for 10/15 minutes before being cleaned off.Which was a huge turn off for me.Not asked if we would like anymore drinks.By this time my partners bottle of coke was gone halfway through the meal.Not exactly impressed this time round.Food was mediocre on this visitThe honey mustard on the lettuce wedge looked like it had been splodged on with not very much care and so much of it...it was unbearable for the both of us.T bone steak was incredibly grissly...I don't recall the server asking at any point if our food was OK.

Food was great, not as warm as usual and took a very long time to have our plates taken anway (@ 40 mins) and dessert served. Will go back as we love it but little disappointed last night, service not great, expected more for £161.00 tab for three of us.
